The Remote Parking Pilot App offers functions to customers with vehicles which can be connected to the Internetwhich are equipped with the Remote Parking function. With the Remote Parking Pilot App, you can parkexit a parking space using a compatible end device as a Bluetooth remote control. You can also use exploration mode to manoeuvre the vehicle (e.g. in a garage) without being in the vehicle. After activating Remote Parking Pilot on the infotainment system of your vehicle using a compatible end device, you can begin performing the manoeuvres. When doing so, the vehicle key must be outside the vehicle, but within a certain distance of it (normally around 3m).
Please be aware that a Mercedes me accounta compatible end device with a Bluetooth connection are required to use this App. The range of functions available depends on the vehicle configuration, the acceptance of the general terms of use of Mercedes me connect servicesthe terms of use of Remote Parking Pilot. These must be confirmed by the vehicle’s main user who can be identified on the customer portal of Mercedes me connect.
